only allow person to have 1 workshop in a given timeslot, even across invoices

right now a user can only select a single workshop in a given timeslot on a single invoice, however a user could get a workshop in a 10 am Sat invoice and then on another invoice select another 10 am Sat workshop. This should be prevented
